NORWOOD - Police are asking the public to help them find three torahs that were stolen from a Norwood synagogue.

Authorities say the torahs were taken Sunday from Young Israel of Moshulu Parkway and the synagogue's rabbi says each scroll is worth at least $25,000.

The rabbi also says vandals have targeted his building before, adding that a group of teens was caught defacing the inside of the sanctuary last year.
