LOCUST POINT - Residents in Locust Point are scared of the blizzard aftermath because they suffered intense flooding during Hurricane Sandy.

Many homeowners in the community, located at the foot of the Throgs Neck Bridge, took on water in their basements and first-floor apartments back in October. 

This time, they say they're not so much concerned with the actual storm as they are the results of the snowmelt.
