Police are charging the mother of a 7-month-old who died Monday with the child's murder. According to the medical examiner, young Cashimir Randall died as a result of a brain hemorrhage and injuries

Mom charged with 7-month-old's murder
Police are charging the mother of a 7-month-old who died Monday with the child's murder.
According to the medical examiner, young Cashimir Randall died as a result of a brain hemorrhage and injuries similar to shaken baby syndrome. Naisha Riley, the child's mother, is charged with murder and assault.
Cashimir was found unconscious by police Monday inside a home on East 222nd Street. Police are continuing to investigate.
