MORRIS PARK - Residents in Morris Park are upset with stinky sidewalks throughout their neighborhood.

People say dog walkers fail to abide by signs requiring them to clean up after their pooches. They say the problem is partly caused by the lack of dog waste bags and receptacles.

Others say the issue is lowering their quality of life and that they hope police will begin patrolling the area more frequently to hand out tickets.
