He shot video from a small plane covering severe weather during a three day power outage – anchored and reported on communities destroyed by tornadoes, as well as a deadly shooting in a grocery store. Eric also covered a deadly jet crash landing in someone’s home.

Eric brings a wealth of experience to News 12 -- interviewing many members of the United States Congress, multiple governors as well as a one-on-one interview with presidential candidate Bernie Sanders during the 2016 election. Eric won an award from the Associated Press for an undercover investigation on panhandling – and has been an integral part of multiple Emmy nominated newscasts. However one of his biggest accomplishments is eating 15 hot dogs in ten minutes for a charity food eating competition.
