1 hurt after car overturns off the Major Deegan Expresway

The accident happened near 134th Street and Alexander

The accident happened near 134th Street and Alexander Avenue.

THE BRONX - One person was hurt when a car careened off the Major Deegan Expressway and overturned onto a street below. 

It happened at around 4:30 p.m. Thursday near 134th Street and Alexander Avenue. 

After pulling out the driver, emergency crews were then able to flip the car back over. 

The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital.
