EMS says the victim was pronounced dead on arrival to Jacobi Medical Center.

THE BRONX - One person was killed after flames broke out inside a two-story home in the Bronx this morning.

It started inside a first-floor bedroom on Fenton Avenue, near Eastchester, at around 6 a.m.

Emergency responders say the victim was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
