1 teen killed, 3 wounded in Mount Eden

THE BRONX - One teenager was fatally shot and three others were wounded early this morning inside a Mount Eden apartment building.

Neighbors at 1454 Grand Concourse say the four victims were at a house party on the sixth floor of the building when gunshots suddenly rang out.

Two teenage boys, ages 19 and 18, were both shot in the back. The older of the two victims died of his wound. Two teenage girls also suffered minor injuries.

Police are now on the scene talking to eyewitnesses and searching for a suspect.

Meanwhile, a makeshift memorial has been set up outside the building where the shootings took place in honor of the victims.
