THE BRONX - One victim wounded when shots rang out near Yankee Stadium last week has died.

According to police, 41-year-old Clarence Pearson succumbed to his injuries at Lincoln Hospital. They say he was one of two local vendors hit when Horace Coleman allegedly opened fire on East 161st Street.

Cops say they are now investigating the incident as a homicide.
