THE BRONX - Eleven men allegedly stole high-end motorcycles from around the city, dismantled them and sold the parts in the Dominican Republic in a ring that also involved narcotics sales, according to investigators.

Five of the 11 men involved appeared in a Bronx court to face a 121-count indictment, including criminal possession of stolen property and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Prosecutors say the so-called "Steal Crew" stole over $100,000 worth of luxury motorcycles, and some members allegedly sold heroin on the side.

Authorities say a two-year undercover investigation by the NYPD and Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office determined that the men disassembled the stolen motorcycles in the Bronx before shipping them to the island nation.

Prosecutors painted Juan Galarza as the ringleader.

The five men charged Wednesday - Pablo Nunez, Brandon Williams, Luis Vargas, Christian Perez and Galarza -  pleaded not guilty. They will face a judge again in April.

Prosecutors say three other defendants will be charged later this week. Police are still looking for the other men involved in the alleged crimes.
