THE BRONX - Police say an 11th suspect is expected to be arraigned today in the University Heights anti-gay attacks.

Police say Luis Garcia is part of a group of Latin King Goonies who attacked a recruit after learning he had sex with another man. The group also allegedly attacked another teen and a 30-year-old man for the same reason.Garcia, 26, is believed to have punched one of the three victims with a chain wrapped around his fist.
