THE BRONX - A 16-year-old driver has been arrested for allegedly driving without a license and hitting a 15-year-old girl in Morrisania.

According to police, Angel Colon was behind the wheel of a Ford Explorer SUV that slammed into three parked cars before striking the girl as she was crossing the street Monday afternoon.

They say the teen then backed up and crashed into a boarded up building on the corner of Tinton Avenue and East 163rd Street. That building had been Pamela Deli, a neighborhood fixture for 30 years that was destroyed in a fire earlier this month.
