A sign has recently been put up at 163rd Street and Rogers Place, calling the intersection “Big Pun Place.” (February 11, 2014 6:53 PM)

For years, fans have been trying to get a street named for the late rapper Big Pun. 

Since 2011, fans and family members have been petitioning to have the intersection at 163rd Street and Rogers Place officially named for the Bronx native, who was born Christopher Rios.
