MORRISANIA - Two firefighters were injured battling a three-alarm fire at a bodega Thursday afternoon in Morrisania.

Firefighters say they received a 911 call reporting the fire at Pamela Deli and Grocery around 3:30 p.m.

The whole building on Tinton Avenue and East 163rd Street belongs to the bodega owners, and the fire severely damaged both floors.

One of the injured firefighters was taken to Cornell Hospital with neck burns.
