2 hospitalized in shooting near Yankee Stadium

THE BRONX - Two people have been hospitalized after a man opened fire near Yankee Stadium earlier today. Witnesses say a 60-year-old man fired shots in front of the Crown Diner near East 161st Street and Gerard Avenue. They say the suspect, known as "Ace," is a popular street vendor. Witnesses say one of the victims is a street vendor, as well. The man was taken into custody, where he remains this evening.
