PARKCHESTER - A multivehicle crash in Parkchester sent two people to the hospital Saturday afternoon.

Witnesses say an SUV may have lost control and hit at least four other cars on Glebe and Lyons avenues just after 1 p.m.

The driver and passenger in the SUV were treated for minor injuries at Jacobi Medical Center.

The family of the two patients says the brakes failed in their new Jeep.
