2 men shot Wednesday evening in Soundview

THE BRONX - Police are searching for a man they say shot two suspects in Soundview on Wednesday evening.

The incident was captured on a video surveillance camera.

Police say two men in their 20s were standing in front of 1-50 Leland Ave. when the suspect approached them and began shooting.

One 20-year-old victim was shot in the elbow. A 26-year-old victim was shot in the knee.

Both were treated at Einstein Hospital and are expected to be fine.

The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.

The suspect is described as a black man wearing jeans and a plaid shirt.
