NEW YORK - More than two dozen people were charged today in a child-porn probe, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance said.

"The defendants in these cases traded images of child sexual assault the way that others trade baseball cards," said Vance of the 26 people arrested.

One of the suspects, 32-year-old Joshua Ruiz, is an elementary school substitute teacher accused of owning explicit photos and videos, and chatting online with other people about engaging children in sexual activities.
