THE BRONX - The second phase of a citywide campaign to combat human trafficking is now under way.

Officials with the "Let's Call an End to Human Trafficking" campaign will be handing out booklets to prevent Bronx residents from becoming victims. Commuters will also see posters in the subway, on buses and at other busy terminals.

According to experts, human trafficking is one of the fastest-growing criminal enterprises in the world. City officials say they made 13 trafficking arrests in The Bronx between 2008-2010.
