THE BRONX - Three men are accused of robbing a livery driver at knifepoint after he dropped them off in the Bronx, according to police.

The incident happened on Jan. 13 outside 905 Tinton Ave. around 11:30 p.m.

Police say the driver picked the three men up after they hailed him on East 144th Street and St. Ann's Avenue. 

After the 36-year-old driver stopped the cab at Tinton Avenue, police say one of the men reached into the front seat and grabbed $140 while another suspect held a knife to the driver's throat and told him not to move.

The livery driver sustained a minor injury and refused medical treatment at the scene.
