THE BRONX - Fire officials are investigating an early morning fire inside a nursing home in Kingsbridge.

Emergency crews say they responded to a call just after 5:30 a.m. Sunday at the Kingsbridge Heights Rehabilitation and Care Center located at 3426 Cannon Place.

News 12 is told the fire was quickly contained, but three people were taken to the hospital, one of whom in serious condition.
