THE BRONX - Police have arrested three people in connection with the killing of a teenager on Valentine Avenue and East 194th Street Friday night.

They have charged Devonte Hernandez, 16, Harry Mingo, 24, and Sirena Morgan, 33, with murder in the second degree of 18-year-old Jonathan Martinez.

Martinez was shot in the chest at around 8:30 p.m. and taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

News 12 obtained surveillance video showing what happened in the moments after the shooting. It purportedly shows police running into the building, and then exiting later with a body on a stretcher.

The super of a nearby apartment building says that after Martinez was shot, he ran inside the building and a tenant called 911.
