3 suspects in cop-involved bodega shooting to be arraigned

The three suspects involved in an armed robbery that led to a bodega worker being shot and killed by police are scheduled to be arraigned

MORRISANIA - The three suspects involved in an armed robbery that led to a bodega worker being shot and killed by police are scheduled to be arraigned later today.Reynaldo Cuevas, 20, was killed last month in Morrisania. According to police, Christopher Dorsey, Orlando Ramos and Ernesto Delgado held up the bodega. During the standoff, an officer shot Cuevas as he was trying to escape.

The would-be robbers are facing murder charges.
