THE BRONX - Monday marked the 10-year anniversary since the establishment of 311, the city's non-emergency hotline.

The most calls have come into 311 to complain about noise and lack of heat. Other frequent calls involve requests for bus and subway information.

Today, 311 can be reached online, by phone, or by text message.

Since 2003, the service has received 160 million calls.
