4-alarm blaze in Bronx battled by 140 firefighters

BEDFORD PARK - Bronx firefighters battled a massive fire in Bedford Park today that sent eight people to the hospital with minor injuries.

The four-alarm fire at 1882 Grand Concourse, near East Tremont Avenue, required 140 firefighters to be put out.

Investigators have launched a probe to determine what sparked the fire.
