THE BRONX - A 4-year-old Bronx native was killed in a car crash in Manhattan Tuesday. 

According to police, they tried to pull over 17-year-old Franklin Reyes for reckless driving, but he took off when cops tried to approach his vehicle.

The teen then jumped the curb, hitting young Ariel Russo and her grandmother, who is in stable condition.

Reyes is being charged with manslaughter and vehicular manslaughter.
