THE BRONX - Police say a 4-year-old boy has died after being struck by a car on Topping Avenue shortly before 6 p.m. tonight.

Ebrahim Kebe went into cardiac arrest after being struck by a Chrysler minivan in front of 1759 Topping Ave. The child was brought to Bronx Lebanon Hospital and pronounced dead on arrival.

Officials say an investigation is ongoing, but there is no criminality suspected at this time.
