THE BRONX - A Bronx family is in mourning after the drowning of a 5-year-old girl on Friday.

According to police, Adea Morina was at a relative's party in Westchester County when she got into a pool unnoticed. They say Yorktown officers revived the girl using CPR, but she was on life support and passed away Sunday.

The investigation remains open until the medical examiner completes an autopsy, but authorities say they do not suspect foul play.
