THE BRONX - AAA is projecting heavy traffic delays on the roads this Memorial Day as low gas prices stay put for the busy travel weekend.

Officials say most drivers in the area will likely pay the lowest Memorial Day gas prices in at least the last five years, and it is a major incentive.

AAA says more than 33 million Americans are projected to travel on major highways, and is warning drivers to expect bumper-to-bumper traffic.
