THE BRONX - Many gathered on Southern Boulevard in the Bronx Saturday for an African unity parade and festival.

The festivities brought together all groups of the African diaspora, including those from Guatemala, Honduras and Mali.

The parade ended in Crotona Park with a music and food-filled festival.
