THE BRONX - A man has been charged in connection to a shooting that wounded two people, including a 3-year-old.

Alexis Tatis was charged yesterday morning with second-degree attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. The shooting happened Friday night at Vidalia Park on East 180th Street.

Police believe the shooting may have stemmed from an argument between Tatis and another man. The two victims were taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
