THE BRONX - Police are searching for the robber who they say targeted the same person twice in two days.

According to investigators, the 30-year-old victim was held up in front of 261 East 188th St. on Jan. 14. They say the suspect got away with cash, a debit card and the victim's personal information.

Authorities say that the very next day, the suspect got in touch with the victim and demanded to see him again. When the two met, they allegedly drove to New Jersey where the victim was forced to deposit forged checks into his own account and withdraw the money from a different bank.

Cops released a surveillance photo of the suspect, who is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 135 pounds.

The victim was not injured.
