THROGS NECK - One Bronx restaurant says it serves July Fourth meals year-round.

The Alley Cat Cafe in Throgs Neck shared one of its signature recipes with News 12 Saturday.

Chef Brian Silvestrone says the restaurant's famous BLT dip has all of the taste of the popular sandwich, and none of the bread.

The dip calls for bacon, a cup of mayo, a whole large tomato, a cup of sour cream and a cup of cheddar cheese.

Other signature menu items include a multiple-cheese cheeseburger and macaroni and cheese.
