One resident is recalling his terrifying ordeal after helping a hit-and-run victim.

The incident occurred on East 138th Street in Hunts Point last Sunday at around 4:30 p.m. Limousine driver Angel Ruiz says the victim was hit from behind by a gang of men riding motorcycles and ATVs.
