THE BRONX - Anti-abortion rights activists unveiled what some are calling a controversial billboard in Soho today, which has Bronx residents from both ends of the political spectrum talking.

The billboard was posted by a Texas non-profit group called "Life Always." The sign reads, "The most dangerous place for an African-American is in the womb."

Many residents say they couldn't believe what they saw hanging above 6th Avenue and some say they are insulted by the group's use of Black History Month to spread its message.
