THE BRONX - The push to stop bullying in The Bronx is hitting classrooms in Soundview.

Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. teamed with a national organization called the Project Bully Free Zone to tackle the problem right from the classroom with sessions for both educators and students.

Organizers say the theme of the project is creating hope. It offers programming to empower student victims and to create strong leaders both at home and in schools.
