THE BRONX - Catching criminals? Apparently there's an app for that too.

According to police, the Find My iPhone app led them to the location of a stolen iPhone and to the 16-year-old who allegedly took it from a woman on 225th Street Tuesday.

Cops say Alwayne Palmer has been arrested and faces charges for robbery and criminal possession of stolen property.
