THE BRONX - Residents in Norwood awoke Saturday morning to find more than a half-dozen damaged cars along Parkside Place.

At least seven cars were smashed along the street. The damage included broken-off wheels, detached bumpers and broken glass. Some cars were completely dismantled.

One Parkside Place resident who asked to remain anonymous says that around 4:30 a.m., he saw a black car with considerable damage sitting in the middle of the road with its windows down and music blaring. He believes this car damaged the others.

Although the cars sustained heavy damage, no injuries were reported.
