MORRISANIA - Bronx residents who venture onto the roads are being advised to be extra careful.

Authorities say black ice is their biggest concern after the massive snowstorm that swept through the region.

Department of Sanitation Commissioner John Doherty says his crews have been "working 12-hour shifts and they'll be working those shifts for the next couple days to make sure the city is viable and alive as always."
