THE BRONX - More than two dozen families of children with autism showed up today to take part in an autism awareness Easter dance in Highbridge.

The children and families were treated to food, treats and dancing with the goal of giving autistic children a taste of the Easter spirit in a safe and comfortable environment.

Organizers say another dance for next year is already being planned.
