The family of autistic teenager Avonte Oquendo is getting ready to say their final goodbyes.

The 14-year-old will be laid to rest following his disappearance in October, which led to a citywide search that spanned all five boroughs for nearly four months.

The medical examiner confirmed earlier this week that remains discovered along an East River shore in Queens are Oquendo.
