Belmont tenants await new landlord

BELMONT - Tenants of a Belmont housing complex are getting a new landlord who is vowing to spend million of dollars to fix a building that many say is falling apart.

The 275-unit Twin Park Towers will now be run by Omni New York, a real-estate development firm that specializes in rehabilitating distressed properties.

The group says it will invest about $15 million to fix each of the housing complex's seven buildings.
