THROGGS NECK - A 71-year-old Bronx cab driver says he has been using art as therapy since he was young and now shares his gift with others.

Throggs Neck resident Vito Morino says he's never had any art instruction or went to college, but took up painting and sketching as a way to cope with challenges in his life. His father died when he was 19 and he later suffered from alcoholism.

"I'll always have that feeling that there's something there I want to create or copy," says Morino.
