The Children's Hospital at Montefiore celebrates 'Child Life Month'
THE BRONX - A group of kids at The Children's Hospital at Montefiore is sending the world a message and spreading smiles through a music video created with help from child specialists.
The children, who are battling afflictions such as different types of cancer and sickle-cell anemia, got together to dance and lip-synch to rapper will.i.am's song "What I Am."
Now, the kids can be seen all over the world in their YouTube video just being themselves. It also gives them an outlet to forget for a little while about why they're at the hospital in the first place.
