Bible study held to honor SC shooting victims

THE BRONX - A Bronx church held a Bible study on Wednesday to honor the nine victims of a church shooting last month in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Episcopal Church of the Mediator in Kingsbridge is teaching its parishioners about compassion and unity of all races.

"We believe in love, we don't believe in hate," says Rev. Diego Delgado Miller. "The hate, sickness that goes on in this country is awful."

Rev. Miller says the church will hold a Bible study every Wednesday at 7 p.m. throughout the summer.
