THE BRONX - The entrance of a Grand Concourse building has been closed off for three weeks after the floor caved in, tenants say.

Tenants of 730 Grand Concourse say they have been forced to enter the building though an alley, a daily inconvenience.

Efforts by News 12 The Bronx to reach the building's management company have so far been unsuccessful. The Department of Buildings has blocked off the entrance with wood paneling.
