THE BRONX - Mayor Michael Bloomberg today announced that free public Wi-Fi will soon be offered along Fordham Road in the Bronx.

Bloomberg also launched Wired NYC, a program which aims to encourage and accelerate the deployment of broadband technologies for office buildings.

The free Wi-Fi will start in December.
