MANHATTAN - Mayor Michael Bloomberg was on hand this morning as micro-blogging giant Twitter officially opened its new Madison Avenue headquarters. The mayor used the event to highlight the importance of New York tech companies and to honor Apple co-founder Steve Jobs' legacy, just hours after his death. Twitter's new offices used to be home to Facebook, which relocated to a different Madison Avenue building earlier this year.
