NEW YORK - Mayor Michael Bloomberg had his final bill signing ceremony Monday afternoon.

The outgoing mayor signed into law a ban of e-cigarettes wherever regular cigarettes are currently banned.

“Nobody knows whether or not what's in e-cigarettes is good or bad for you,” said Bloomberg. “It hasn't been around long enough to do studies.”

Bloomberg also signed into law a ban on styrofoam food containers, which is expected to go into effect in 2015.
