THE BRONX - A total of 17 students from the Bronx Academy of Letters are training for a triathlon in June.

Most of the students started their training without knowing how to swim, but they have their eyes on completing the race.

The students are part of TriLatino Triathlon Club, a Bronx-based nonprofit organization that teaches the skills needed to complete a triathalon during 15 weeks of training. During that time, the students have also learned about living healthy lifestyles and doing their best in class.

They are set to race on June 15.
